I had a wonderful experience with Aakash. I was struggling to find a good property for over 30 days and talked to many realtors but Aakash actually helped me in closing a deal under 7-8 days. I liked his working style and attitude as he is highly approachable and patient. Highly recommend his services.

It is my second year dealing with Aakash. In my 10 years of being in Canada, I am grateful to have known Aakash as a confidant and a very good friend. He takes it personal to find you what best suits the needs, and the pocket. I have dealt with many realtors in the past, some stop responding and some see the message but won't get back to you, but with Aakash, there have been instances where I had to call him late in the night and very early in the day. I was surprised to be treated so well, and in such a quick manner. He is my realtor, and I am proud to say it. Thank you

I had a wonderful experience working with Aakash (Nexus Real Estate) on our recent purchase and selling of our house. He is extremely easy to work with, knowledgeable, reliable and responsive. He amazed me both times by his negotiation skill and we were very impressed by the outcome of my purchase and sale. He guided me every step of the way and even went above and beyond to help me resolve the problems. I think he deserves more than 5 stars!! Thank you Aakash, appreciate all the hard work you have put into this and best of luck for future deals! Highly recommend him to everyone!
